We make so many decisions over a lifetime. Some turn out to be unimportant...and some turn out to be the key to everything. If we only knew their significance at the time.

My Lilac Bush

6 years ago I transplanted a piece of my Mom's lilac bush (root and about 12 inches of a branch) to our house. It finally bloomed this year! I'm so excited! It is very fragrant. I found out today that my Dad had given my Mom the lilac bush years ago when they lived in Deerfield. When we moved to Nevada she transplanted a piece of it then! If and when we move...it's moving with me!
